by Soundtrack was pretty damn good and I was captivated through and through. I thought the movie ended abrudtly and was excited for the final tournament, which spoilert alert, never happened. But the more I think about it, the more I like it. I couldn’t help but root for Marty even though he’s the most narcissistic asshole of all time, the movie made you root for him for all the work he’s put to get there. I loved that the has-been actress was played by a has-been actress, even though I should really despise Gwyneth Paltrow for her Goop nonsense.
The movie was filled with non-actor cameos but they honestly did a pretty good job so I’m not too mad about that. Kevin O’Leary pretty much just played himself, this movie was pretty ironic overall.
Just a good watch.
